The Woodcroft Community Association (WCA) is a service organization operated by and for all property owners within the Woodcroft planned unit development. Its primary responsibility is to manage and maintain natural areas, playing fields, jogging trails, roadsides and other areas known as “common properties” which have been conveyed to the association for the full use and enjoyment of its members. All Woodcroft property owners are automatically members of the WCA, and the association obtains the funds necessary for its operation by assessment of all its members.
Other responsibilities include administering and enforcing the covenants and restrictions legally binding on all property owners, providing services, and promoting communication and understanding within the community.
