Welcome to Woodcroft!

Congratulations on your recent decision to purchase a home in Woodcroft! We are your Woodcroft Community Association managers Ruth Bowman (Business Manager) and Mary Gibbs (Community Manager). We would like to welcome you to the neighborhood. We hope you have had a chance to get settled in and are feeling a part of the community.

Please refer to our new website that contains important Woodcroft information as well as our covenants, by-laws, architectural guidelines, mailbox forms, and several points of interest. Visit our website at www.woodcroftcommunityassociation.com to keep you informed of community happenings. Remember, if any exterior additions or changes are to be made to your home or property, please call the office to determine what procedures need to be followed before any work is performed. 

The WCA is responsible for the maintenance of the jogging trails, athletic fields, Woodcroft Parkway, greenways and other areas enjoyed by all Woodcroft residents. You are welcome to attend WCA Homeowners Board meetings, held every second Tuesday of the month at 7:30 p.m. in the WCA Community Room. Our Architectural Review Board meetings are held every third Tuesday of the month also at 7:30 p.m. in the WCA Community Room. The Community Room is located in Suite K of the Woodcroft Professional Center.

You will be billed by invoice in January of each year for WCA dues. The dues for 2008 of $189.00 are now due. Hopefully, your closing attorney collected this at the closing of your home. If not, please contact our office immediately.  Your dues help to maintain approximately 100 acres of Woodcroft common area, eight miles of bike trails, four entryways to the community and maintenance of the soccer fields.

We have put together this welcome packet to provide you with important Woodcroft community information which we hope will prove to be useful to you.
