Welcome to Woodcroft!

Congratulations on your decision to purchase property in Woodcroft! We are your Woodcroft Community Association managers Ruth Bowman (Business Manager) and Mary Gibbs (Community Manager). We would like to welcome you to the neighborhood. We hope you have had a chance to get settled and are feeling part of the community.

Please contact our office at your earliest convenience to update our records for your new property. When you call be sure and request a copy of our Woodcroft Directory which includes a listing of all the businesses in Woodcroft as well as other useful information.  Copies of the Woodcroft Restrictive Covenants are available at the WCA office or here on our website. Be sure to review our Trial Map so that you can enjoy our beautiful jogging trials. 

As an owner of property in a multifamily neighborhood, you belong to your own specific neighborhood association as well as to the Woodcroft Community Association and are responsible to pay dues to both associations, which are separate billings. Your first year of WCA dues should have been collected at closing. In the future you will be billed by invoice in January of each year for WCA dues. The annual dues are currently $189.00.  Your dues help to maintain approximately 100 acres of Woodcroft common area, eight miles of bike trails, four entryways to the community and maintenance of the soccer fields.

However if you live in Homeplace I, II, or III you pay dues only to your property management company and they in turn pay us. 

The Woodcroft Community Association is responsible for the maintenance of the jogging trails, playing fields, Woodcroft Parkway, greenways and other areas enjoyed by all Woodcroft residents. You are welcomed to attend WCA homeowners' meetings, held every second Tuesday of the month at 7:30 p. m. in our Community Room.
